Main responsibilities:

-          To plan, lead and co-ordinate the administrative and financial operations of the Centre;

-          To work towards the optimal organisation of the Centre’s internal structure so that the Centre becomes the main State translation institution and a repository for relevant materials and experience;

-          To identify and co-ordinate projects under international and bilateral assistance;

 

Achievements include:

-          Improved stakeholder relations as evidenced by:

o        Increased funding;

-          A PA terminology development system has been established

-          Centre’s good functioning is recognized in neighbour (to be candidate) countries

Responsibilities:

- to exchange information between civil servants of various Ministries and state authorities to identify their training needs in the field of EU training

- to identify training priorities and determine the resources to cover costs of the training

- to co-ordinate the implementation of training priorities and organisation of EU training

- to co-ordinate technical assistance in the field of EU training

- to co-operate with EU countries and candidate countries in the field of education and training of public servants

- to co-ordinate implementation of Communication Strategy on EU integration process adopted by Croatia Government
