Main responsibilities:
-          To plan, lead and co-ordinate the administrative and financial operations of the Centre;
-          To work towards the optimal organisation of the Centre’s internal structure so that the Centre becomes the main State translation institution and a repository for relevant materials and experience;
-          To identify and co-ordinate projects under international and bilateral assistance;
